Return / Exchange Policies

Green Sproutlets strive hard to make sure that we meet the best quality our customers expect. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, merchandise may be returned unworn and unwashed with the tag still intact and its original packaging within 21 days of your purchase.

All sales are final after 21 days of purchase. A store credit will be given for your returns to be used on your next purchase or if you prefer, we will credit back the amount you paid to your card.

If the item was purchased as a set, it must be returned as a set. We will not accept incomplete returns.

Please email us at sales@greensproutlets.com for all returns with the reason for returning and we will email you
a Return Merchandise Number (RMA), before you mail the item(s) back to us. Without this number, you may not return your purchase. So, please make sure to let us know if you haven't received your RMA number within 48 hours.
